Customer Service Surprise

You may remember my post from a couple months ago regarding Collegeworks Painting. Well, Ryan received a call last week from someone at the Collegeworks organization regarding my previously posted complaints about the service we received (didn't receive actually). After discussing the issue with Ryan, and offering up numerous apologies for what we had to deal with, they agreed to refund us $250. While not a huge amount, we are grateful that someone from the company acknowledged our concerns and were able to come up with a satisfactory solution. So, here's to Collegeworks for making a wrong right. We appreciate your understanding & concern.
