Happy Easter 2013

The kids woke up to Easter Baskets, new outfits, and lots of time to kill before 1:00 church. Here they are bright and early. The Bunny opted for less candy and more little toys this year, mostly sand toys. Gotta love Target's dollar section.

The weather was fabulous so we walked to church. After we got home we snapped pics of the kids outside in the field like usual. This year they didn't last 60 seconds before melting down. Apparently the sun was too bright and tears ensued and eventually I was left with one kid.

and then there was 1 ...

After pics they changed clothes and we dyed eggs. Apparently I didn't boil enough because Berlin wanted to keep going and going and going and going...she is our own little energizer bunny! Next year I will double the amount.

Talent Galore

Berlin's kindergarten talent show and school performance were this week. Ryan came down from work to watch her while I helped out in Finley's class (they have a puppet show coming up soon). They sang lots of fun songs - one where she got to be a raindrop. I would post the video, but it horrendously long - well over 10 minutes. She did a great job though.

After their singing program, they went back to the classroom and put on a talent show just for the parents. Berlin wanted to hula-hoop and show off some of her tricks. She got a bit nervous and ended up skipping the tricks all together, but her hula-hooping was fabulous none-the-less.

I love this girl so much!

Zoo Day

Today we had decent weather, meaning it was like 39 degrees! So I took Berlin and Baby M (the cutest little girl that I watch during the week) to the zoo where we met up with some friends.

Berlin and her BFF brought along their American Girl Dolls. It was cute to watch as they took them around the zoo and then push them in the stroller when I took Baby M out.

It was fun to get out of the house and it just makes me dream of Spring. It can't get here soon enough!
